Setting up for a tasting

Setting up for a bride tasting. My tastings are set up for a maximum of four guests. I provide two flavors for the bride and 1 flavor for the groom. Also included is 2-3 fillings. I charge a small fee of $10 to help offset some of the cost but each bride leaves with six cupcakes to take home with them and share with her groom.

White almond sour cream cake for a 50th wedding anniversary a church was giving one of their members. Their colors were baby blue and royal blue

Chocolate covered strawberries stuffed with cheesecake

Threw these together for a party we are going to tonight. Didn't have any white chips to drizzle across so just drew a few marks with red royal icing I had. They would look better with a milk and white chocolate drizzle. But they taste awesome!! Can also fill these with lemon cream, chocolate mousse. Some are dipped in chocolate and some are just filled with the cheesecake.

Camo Cake

This flavor was a Mexican Vanilla Kahlua cake with a buttercream flavored with a hint of cinnamon. The camo was different color fondant rolled together. It was a fun cake to make!!!
